Michael Kröger

Michael Kröger is the Culture Education Manager at SNIPES, where they lead the initiative to establish hip-hop as a regular subject in state schools across Germany and Europe. As the initiator and teacher of Europe's first hip-hop class, they focus on creating a strengths-oriented and culturally rich learning environment that fosters intrinsic motivation and significant learning gains across subjects. Previously, Kröger taught German, Politics, Theater, Media, and Hip Hop at Ida Ehre Stadtteilschule in Hamburg. They are currently pursuing a Master of Education at Leuphana Universität Lüneburg.
