Kelly Ratka

Kelly M. Ratka is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marketing, operations, and account management. Currently serving as Premier Accounts Executive at MarkeTeam, Inc. since September 2023, Kelly previously held various roles at Snipitz, including Independent Executive and Chief Operations Officer. From July 2017 to May 2021, Kelly worked at MGM Resorts International as Partner Relationship and Sponsorship Activation Manager and Brand Activation Marketing Specialist. Earlier career experiences include roles at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, Bell Racing International, and Xfinity Live! among others. Kelly graduated from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Media Studies.
