Lars Hedal

Lars Hedal is an experienced facilities management professional with a strong background in building maintenance and technical service. Currently serving as the Head of Facilities at SNIPR Biome since July 2018, Lars has previously held roles including Tekniker at Fællesbageriet Roskilde and Teknisk Serviceleder at Skt. Josefs Skole. Lars has extensive experience at Zealand Pharma as a Servicetekniker and at BEC as an Ejendomstekniker, where responsibilities included building maintenance, oversight, and repair planning. A former carpenter foreman, Lars held various positions in the carpentry trade from 1983 to 2001, demonstrating a comprehensive skill set in both construction and facilities management.
