Jack Schumacher is currently the Human Resources Director at Sno-Isle Libraries since April 2012. Prior to this role, Jack was a Labor Relations Manager at Kimberly-Clark from April 2006 to April 2012. With experience as a Human Resources Manager at Georgia-Pacific and Grays Harbor Paper, Jack has a strong background in HR development, training, labor agreement negotiations, and employee relations. Jack's accomplishments include leading safety programs, implementing a drug-free workplace program, and developing safety policies and procedures. Jack holds a BA in Management and Labor from The Evergreen State College and an Associate of Arts in General Studies from Grays Harbor Community College.
