Kathryn OBrien is an experienced Agriculture CTE Teacher at South Whidbey High School. Kathryn also serves as a Library Associate II - Public Services at Sno-Isle Libraries. With a background in Sustainable Agriculture and Library and Information Science, Kathryn has a diverse skill set that includes teaching, program development, customer service, and management.
