Mary McLaughlin Sta. Maria has a background in organizational psychology and psychology. With experience in various roles such as Staffing Coordinator and Employee Relations Representative, Mary has developed skills in managing employee relations, recruiting candidates, and developing systems for employee records. Additionally, Mary has volunteered at an elementary school, mentoring students and leading information distribution efforts. Currently, Mary is working as a Library Associate II and Public Service Assistant at Sno-Isle Libraries.
