Vanesa Gutierrez

Vanesa Gutierrez is the Community Engagement, Government Relations and Regional Partnerships Manager at Sno-Isle Libraries since March 2023. Additionally, Gutierrez serves as a Consultant for KAYA Strategik since August 2018. Previous roles include Program Officer at the Seattle Foundation from August 2021 to February 2023, Community Relations Manager and Office of Social Justice Co-Lead at Snohomish County, WA from July 2018 to July 2021, and Executive Assistant to County Executives Dow Constantine and Dave Somers at King County and Snohomish County, WA, respectively. Gutierrez also held positions as a Fellow at the Institute for a Democratic Future in early 2017, as well as Mayoral Staff Assistant and Administrative Specialist III in the City of Seattle from December 2014 to April 2017. An internship was completed at the NGO Committee on the Status of Women (NGO CSW/NY) in 2012. Education was obtained from Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana.
