Sadler Merrill has a long history of business experience. In 2004, they began working as Vice President at Wilshire Holdings LLC, where they were responsible for commercial real estate sales, syndication, and investment. In 2008, they moved on to become the Chief Operating Officer at Corr-Jensen Labs, managing all aspects of business operations, including cash management, financial oversight, sales, marketing, public relations, investor relations, personnel, shipping, and ecommerce. In 2009, they founded and became the Director of Business Development at Relationship Architecture, where they managed all aspects of business development and operations, including strategy and brand creation, entity formation, website and product design and development, brand and product positioning, and sales and fulfillment. In 2010, they became the Owner and Director of Business Development at Thirsties, Inc., where they fostered current customer relationships and targeted strategic retail expansion opportunities, created and implemented print and online marketing initiatives, and administered routine SEO activities. Finally, in 2015, they founded and became the CEO of SNÖBAHN.

Sadler Merrill obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder in 1999, and a BS in Business with a focus in Finance and International Business from the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business in 1999.
