Claire Durand

Claire Durand is a seasoned software engineer currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at SnoFox Sciences since July 2023. Prior to this role, Claire was instrumental as the first engineering hire at FutureProof Technologies, where the design and development of an automated insurance underwriting platform took place. Experience includes significant positions at Orchard and Chartbeat, focusing on software engineering, as well as a foundational background in machine learning and data visualization from the Recurse Center. Early career accomplishments include a Data Science Fellowship at Mashable and a Business Analyst role at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Claire holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with a concentration in Computer Engineering from Temple University, completed in 2016.
