Pam Aguilar has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Deputy Administrative Officer at Snohomish County Health Department since August 2013, where previous roles included Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Specialist. Prior to this, Pam worked at Spokane Regional Health District from October 2008 to May 2013 as a Human Resources Specialist and Administrative Assistant. Earlier in the career, Pam held multiple positions at Allied Waste Industries from January 1998 to September 2005. Pam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources from Central Washington University and an Associate Degree in Arts and Science from Columbia Basin College.
