Alessandra Szebenyi

Alessandra Szebenyi is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in public administration and social justice initiatives. Currently serving as Chief of Staff, Co-Lead for the Snohomish County Office of Social Justice, and Senior Policy Analyst since January 2014, Alessandra has effectively managed various county programs and projects with a focus on collaboration with marginalized populations. Key achievements include co-leading the establishment of the Office of Social Justice, managing the Isolation and Quarantine Facility during the COVID-19 pandemic, and spearheading the Equity and Inclusion Initiative. Prior roles include Legislative Aide for County Councilmember Ken Klein and Campaign Manager for Ken Klein's successful council campaign. Alessandra's background includes significant roles in the Washington State Republican Party, where comprehensive strategies for voter engagement were developed.
