Cynthia Todd

Permit Technician, Lead at Snohomish County, WA

Cynthia Todd has a diverse work experience. From 2006 to 2009, they worked as a Teacher at Lincoln Park Academy. In 2010, they founded a small craft soap company called Snohomish Soap Company and served as the CEO until 2018. During the same period, they also worked as the Program Development Coordinator at Mustard Seed Associates. From 2001 to 2010, Cynthia served as the Director of Operation Mary, an NGO focused on delivering humanitarian aid to orphans in the former Soviet Union. Lastly, since 2014, they have been working at Snohomish County, WA, where they started as a Permit Technician and later became the Lead Permit Technician. Cynthia's roles in the county have included recruiting, training, and managing a team of permit technicians, ensuring excellent customer service.
