Joelle Kelly

Joelle Kelly has extensive experience in the field of child advocacy, currently serving as Division Manager for the Office of the Court Appointed Special Advocate in Snohomish County, WA since July 2014. Joelle has held various roles within the Snohomish County CASA Program, including Program Coordinator and CASA Program Senior. Prior to this, Joelle worked at Safeway from June 1988 to July 2014 as a Public Affairs Specialist and Public Relations Generalist. Joelle holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Washington and has completed the Child Law & Policy Executive Program at Loyola University Chicago School of Law.
