Joleen Rodgers

Joleen Rodgers is a highly experienced nursing professional with a diverse background in clinical management and care coordination. Currently serving as a Guardian Ad Litem and Court Appointed Special Advocate for Snohomish County since June 2022, Joleen also holds the position of Senior Clinician for Government Programs at Premera Blue Cross, focusing on medical management for Individual and Medicare Advantage Markets. Previous roles include Clinical Manager for High Risk Patient Care at The Everett Clinic, where eight years of experience in clinical practice management and program development were gained, and Nursing roles at Renaissance Health and the University of Washington. Joleen possesses a Master’s of Nursing in Leadership/Advanced Practice Nursing from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from Seattle Pacific University. Additionally, Joleen contributed to athletics as an Assistant Track and Field Coach at Snohomish High School from 2009 to 2020.
