Kathleen Pozarycki

Kathleen Pozarycki is an experienced professional in environmental planning and marine resource management, currently serving as a Senior Planner 2 at Snohomish County, WA since October 2015. Previously held the position of Senior Planner and worked as a Marine Resource Steward in Snohomish County Surface Water Management from October 2009 to October 2015. Kathleen's background includes a fellowship as a NOAA Coral Reef Management Fellow from January 2008 to October 2009 and graduate studies in Marine Affairs at the University of Washington. Earlier experience includes an internship as an Environmental Scientist in King County, WA, and an Environmental Scientist III role at Tetra Tech, among other positions. Kathleen holds a B.S. in Environmental Science from Michigan State University and a Master of Marine Affairs from the University of Washington.
