Randy Blair

Randy Blair is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and planning within public works and development sectors. Currently serving as Special Projects Manager at Snohomish County Public Works since January 2017, Randy oversees the Special Projects Group and collaborates with consultants on real estate and utility franchise agreements. With previous roles at Seattle Parks & Recreation Department and Snohomish County Planning & Development Services, Randy has developed expertise in capital project planning, asset management, and regulatory approvals. Additional experience includes positions at WHPacific, where Randy was involved in business development and senior project management for land development, as well as founding a consulting firm focused on planning and design. Randy holds a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture degree from the University of Washington, graduating cum laude.
