Rhea Reynolds

Rhea Reynolds has a strong background in human resources, with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Rhea is currently serving as the Human Resources Director for Snohomish County, WA since February 2020. Prior to this, they held the position of Human Resources Manager at Snohomish County Superior Court from April 2014 to December 2019.

Before joining the county court system, Rhea worked as a Senior Human Resources Specialist at the City of Seattle from January 2013 to April 2014. Rhea also served as a Regional Human Resources Manager at the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services from September 2003 to December 2012.

Rhea began their career in human resources as a Human Resource Consultant at the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services in November 1997, where they worked until August 2003. Their extensive work experience in HR demonstrates their expertise and dedication to the field.

Rhea Reynolds has a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Washington. Rhea also holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix, which they completed between 2002 and 2004.
