Rob Sprague

Rob Sprague began their work experience in 2006 at King County as a Labor Negotiator. Rob worked in this role until 2013 when they joined Snohomish County, WA. At Snohomish County, they held the position of Chief Labor Contract Negotiator until 2022. In January 2022, they were promoted to Deputy Director of Human Resources at Snohomish County.

Rob Sprague holds a Master's Degree in Labor Relations from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, which they earned between 2000 and 2002. Rob also obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from Western Washington University, completing their studies between 1995 and 2002. Additionally, they have earned certifications such as SHRM-CP from the Society of Human Resource Management in February 2017 and clrp from NPELRA in September 2015.
