Andrew Edward has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Their most recent role is as a Product Marketing Lead at Snoonu, where they are responsible for managing the integration and instrumentation of data and events to improve digital marketing and product analytics. Prior to this, they worked as a Digital Marketing Data Analyst at Snoonu, where they fixed and streamlined the digital marketing and product analytics data pipeline.
Before joining Snoonu, Andrew served as the Head Orientation Counselor: Marketing at Carnegie Mellon University in Qatar, where they revamped the orientation experience and managed a team of creative Orientation Media Counselors. Andrew also worked as a Digital Marketing and UX Design Intern at MonkiBox, where they drove the user-centered design process and provided recommendations based on user feedback.
Furthermore, Andrew has experience in leading and organizing events as the President of CarnegieApps, where they hosted the largest student-run hackathon in Qatar and the region. Andrew also worked as a Technical Consultant for Qatar Railways Company, leading a team to develop a web application that helps Qatar Rail manage promotions and verify event tickets.
Additionally, Andrew has held various roles at Carnegie Mellon University in Qatar, including Course Assistant and Communications Assistant. Andrew also represented CMU-Q at the iGEM conference and won a bronze medal for their work as a Lead Front End Developer. Earlier in their career, they served as a Communications Intern at Siemens and a Programming Instructor at Camp Festival.
Andrew Edward earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from Carnegie Mellon University, where they attended from 2017 to 2021. In addition, they obtained a minor in Business Administration and Management, General from the Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business during the same period. Andrew also pursued various certifications, including AppsFlyer Essentials Certification from AppsFlyer in June 2022, Product Psychology Masterclass from Humane.Design in December 2021, Tableau Essential Training from LinkedIn in August 2021, and Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google in August 2019.
