Nikita Gordeev

Nikita Gordeev has extensive work experience in software development and team leadership. Nikita currently holds the position of Director of Engineering at Snoonu since February 2023. Before that, they worked as an Engineering Manager at Snoonu from March 2022 to February 2023 and as a Tech Lead from June 2021 to March 2022. In these roles, they were responsible for launching new versions of Snoonu's mobile application and building a development office in Kazakhstan.

Prior to Snoonu, Nikita worked at Home Credit Russia as a Lead of .NET from April 2020 to June 2021, where they led the development of an online banking application. Before that, they were the Head of Digital Application Development Department at VEON from August 2018 to April 2020, overseeing the development of B2B products. Nikita also served as a .NET Team Lead at VEON from July 2016 to August 2018, leading cross-functional teams on projects such as beeline.ru and the search platform.

Earlier in their career, Nikita worked as the Head of Software Development at United Confectioners from June 2013 to July 2016, where they set up the software development process across the company. Nikita also worked as a Software Development Engineer at I.T. Co. from April 2011 to June 2013, focusing on developing security and high-performance back-end products.

Nikita Gordeev attended the National Research Nuclear University MEPhI from 2007 to 2012, where they obtained a specialist degree in Information Security for Banking Systems.
