Germán Torres

Germán Torres has extensive work experience in the field of consulting and project management. Germán began their career at Document Technologies SRL in 1994, where they served as an IT Supervisor for 12 years.

In 2006, Germán joined Snoop Consulting, where they held various roles over the years. Germán started as a Project Manager and was responsible for creating and executing project work plans. Germán also identified resources needed and enforced project standards.

In 2013, Germán became the PMO Manager, where they managed the portfolio of projects across different areas of the company. Germán prioritized projects and ensured alignment with strategic initiatives and business objectives. Germán also coordinated and monitored major strategic or operational projects to ensure timely and budget-compliant execution.

In 2016, Germán took on the role of CIO and Business Consulting Director at Snoop Consulting. In their role as Business Consulting Director, Germán provided strategic guidance to clients and helped them with digital transformation initiatives.

Most recently, Germán has been serving as the Digital Transformation Director and Director SBU Commerce at Snoop Consulting. In these roles, they continue to drive digital transformation efforts and spearhead initiatives related to commerce within the company.
