John Natalizia has over 20 years of work experience in the financial services industry. John began their career in 1999 as an Executive Advisor for KPMG LLP, Advisory Services in London/South England. In 2005, they moved to MBNA as the Head of MIS, Process Improvement & CFO Strategy. In 2009, they joined Bank of America Merrill Lynch as a Strategic Integration & Change Management Executive (Senior Vice President). In 2013, they joined Virgin Money as the Managing Director of the Virgin Money Digital Bank, where they were responsible for the end to end design, build and launch of the Digital Bank. John also served as the COO of the Digital Bank and as the Director of Product Strategy and Operations for the Credit Card business. In 2019, they became the Co-Founder & CEO of Snoop.
John Natalizia began their educational journey at St. Georges English School, Rome Italy from 1982 to 1995. John then attended the University of Bath from 1995 to 1998, where they earned a BSc (Hons) in Politics & Economics. After that, they completed an MSc (Scholarship) in Management with Accounting & Information Systems at the University of Bath from 1998 to 1999. John then attended Royal Holloway, University of London from 2000 to 2002, where they earned an MSc (KPMG Sponsored) in Secure E-Commerce.
