Joe Paviglianti

Joe Paviglianti is an experienced executive in the mattress and retail industries, currently serving as the Chief Success Officer at Snooze Mattress Co. since July 2023. Paviglianti has a long-standing commitment to education and sustainability as a Principal and Board Member at Spare Our Landfills since 2009. Previous roles include Executive Vice President of Sales at Southerland, Inc., where Paviglianti managed a large sales team and multiple manufacturing facilities, and at Intellibed, where Paviglianti led the development of a start-up wholesale program. As Senior Vice President of Store Administration and earlier Vice President of Sales at Mattress Firm, Paviglianti oversaw extensive store operations and participated in numerous mergers and acquisitions. Additional leadership positions include President/COO of Sleep To Live Retail, President of Sleep Country USA, and various roles at Circuit City and Montgomery Ward.
