Cecelia Tapp

Cecelia Tapp, CPHQ, currently serves as the Director of Quality Risk and Compliance at Snoqualmie Valley Health since March 2024. Previous roles include Director of Quality and Patient Safety and Director of Quality and Risk at Summit Pacific Medical Center from December 2017 to February 2024, and Director of Quality Management at Kindred Hospital Seattle - First Hill from September 2014 to December 2017. Additional experience encompasses leadership positions in quality and accreditation at Providence Health & Services, clinical quality surveying for UnitedHealthcare, and health information management roles at Fairchild Airforce Medical Group, Kauai Medical Group, Commonwealth Health Center, and Olympic Medical Center spanning several decades.
