Nichole Pas

Nichole Pas, MA has extensive experience in marketing and communications. Nichole currently holds the position of Director of Public Relations & Marketing at Snoqualmie Valley Health since June 2023. Prior to this, Nichole worked at Summit Pacific Medical Center, starting as a Marketing Communications Specialist in March 2015. Nichole then progressed to the role of Marketing Communications Supervisor in May 2018 and later became the Marketing Communications Manager in January 2022. During their time at Summit Pacific, Nichole developed and executed comprehensive marketing and communications strategies, managed various departments, and fostered positive relationships with patients, employees, and community members. Before joining Summit Pacific, Nichole worked at the Port of Olympia as a Marketing and Communication Assistant & Executive Intern from July 2013 to May 2014. In this role, they assisted with outreach activities, managed social media channels, and contributed to the creation of marketing materials.

Nichole Pas, MA, holds a Master of Arts degree in Strategic Communication from Washington State University - Edward R. Murrow College of Communication, which was obtained from 2014 to 2016. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Pacific Lutheran University, with an emphasis in Public Relations and Advertising and a minor in Women's and Gender Studies, which was earned from 2012 to 2014. In the future, Nichole plans to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from Western Governors University from 2022 to 2024. Nichole has also obtained various certifications, including a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education and a Communicating to Manage Performance Certificate from the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) in 2021.
