Tammy Moore, ARNP, DNP, FACHE has a diverse and extensive work experience in healthcare leadership roles. Tammy is currently serving as the Vice President of Strategic Growth and Transformation at Snoqualmie Valley Hospital. Prior to this, they worked as the Interim Chief Operating Officer at Catalina Island Medical Center from 2020 to 2021. From 2012 to 2020, they held various positions at Summit Pacific Medical Center including Chief Clinical Officer, ACO Director, and Director of Clinical Transformations with a focus on Value-Based Climate, and VP of Care Transformation. Before that, they served as the President of Medical Staff at Mark Reed Hospital from 2008 to 2012.

Tammy Moore, ARNP, DNP, FACHE, completed their education at Frontier Nursing University, earning a Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) with a specialization in Accountable Care Organizations. Tammy completed their capstone project on the implementation of ACO's in Rural Healthcare Systems. Prior to their doctoral degree, Tammy obtained a Master's degree in Nursing from Washington State University. In addition, they have obtained certifications from the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
