Mengdie Hu

Mengdie Hu has worked as a software engineer at Snorkel AI since 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a research scientist at Facebook from 2015 to 2023. In 2014, they worked as a data visualization intern at Twitter. Mengdie was an intern at IBM Almaden Research Lab in 2013 and 2012. In 2011, they worked as an intern at Microsoft Research Asia.

Mengdie Hu received their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Peking University in 2009. Mengdie then pursued their PhD in Human-Centered Computing from the Georgia Institute of Technology, graduating in 2015. In 2007 and 2008, they attended the Kungliga tekniska högskolan / KTH Royal Institute of Technology, though it is unclear if they earned a degree or studied in a particular field.
