Smit Shah

Smit Shah has a diverse work experience spanning several prominent companies. Smit is currently working at Snorkel AI as a Staff Software Engineer. Prior to that, they worked at Google for five years as a Senior Software Engineer. Smit also worked as a Software Engineer at Terminal.com, Amazon Web Services, and Microsoft. Additionally, they worked as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Their career began with internships at Facebook and Microsoft, where they gained valuable experience in software engineering. Smit also gained research experience as a Research Intern at the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research. Throughout their career, Smit has demonstrated expertise in various technical roles, including designing APIs, working on billing infrastructure, and improving database performance.

Smit Shah completed their Masters degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2010 to 2012.
