Sam Guron

Sam Guron has extensive work experience in engineering and leadership roles. Sam is currently the Vice President of Engineering at Ahern Engineering, LLC, Xtreme Manufacturing, LLC, and Snorkel. In previous positions, they have served as the Senior Director of Engineering and R&D at Heartland RV, Head of Engineering for the Tank Trailers Business Unit at Wabash National, and Director of Engineering & PMO for Defense Programs and Global Product Development at Oshkosh Corporation. Prior to these roles, Sam held positions at Siemens, Volvo Construction Equipment, and Caterpillar Inc., where they gained experience in program management, global engineering management, systems engineering, and continuous improvement. Throughout their career, they have focused on product development, team leadership, process optimization, and driving cost reduction initiatives.

Sam Guron holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Wayne State University. Prior to that, Sam obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Panjab University. In addition to their formal education, Sam has also obtained several certifications, such as Executive Leadership from Oshkosh Corporation in 2018, Six Sigma Master Black Belt from Caterpillar Inc. in 2004, and Outstanding Customer Relationship Management from Dale Carnegie Training in 2001.
