Yuliia Zotikova

Yuliia Zotikova is an experienced professional with a background in client management and customer success. Currently serving as a Client Implementation Manager and Customer Success Manager at Snov.io since September 2021, Yuliia has also held roles as an Account Executive and Sales Specialist within the same company. Prior to this, Yuliia worked as a Customer Care Agent at PortaOne and served as a Client Manager for the Ukrainian Au-Pair Association. In addition, Yuliia briefly worked as an Interpreter for the OSCE. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in English Language and Literature from Nizhyn State Gogol Pedagogical University, obtained in 2019, and a Bachelor’s degree in the same field, earned in 2018.
