Clark Gardner

Clark Gardner currently serves as Associate Counsel at PACS since April 2024. Prior to this role, Clark worked at Snow Christensen & Martineau (now merged with Spencer Fane LLP) as an Associate Attorney from December 2021 to April 2024, and as an Attorney at Arnold & Itkin LLP for a brief period in late 2021. Early legal experience includes positions as a Summer Law Clerk at Sumsion Business Law, LLC, a Legal Extern with the Washington State Court of Appeals, and a Legal Intern at ASEA, LLC, where compliance work was undertaken. Clark also has a significant background in human resources from ASEA, LLC, where roles spanned from Human Resources Intern to Human Resources Specialist. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law (JD) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Gonzaga University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Brigham Young University.
