Javier Rosario

Javier Rosario has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Javier worked at Snow Commerce, LLC from 2013 to 2021, starting as the Director of User Experience & Commerce Strategy and eventually becoming the Vice President of Professional Services. In these roles, Javier was responsible for managing all aspects of the eCommerce business, including business planning, content strategy, web design, and customer service. Javier also implemented standard engagement methodologies and developed frameworks for multi and omnichannel strategies.

Prior to their time at Snow Commerce, Javier founded JRM Branding LLC in 2012, where they served as the Founder and Creative Principal. This independent brand/design agency focused on developing resilient and meaningful brands for its clients.

Javier also gained experience as the Owner & Creator of The Silly Squad from 2014 to 2015, a project aimed at spreading happiness and positivity through fun and quirky characters.

Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Javier worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Registered Representative from 2010 to 2013, and at eWeb Designz, LLC as a Creative Director from 2009 to 2012. Javier also participated in the Financial Advisor Apprentice Program at Edward Jones Investments in 2009.

Javier Rosario attended Springfield College from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance & Economics. During the same period, they also earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Fine and Studio Arts from Springfield College. In addition to their degrees, Javier has obtained certifications in Investment Company/Variable Contracts Products from FINRA, NMLS from the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry, and Ohio Life and Variable Insurance from the State of Ohio.
