Keika Jones

Keika Jones has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Keika is currently working as a UX Project Manager at Snow Commerce, Inc, starting in June 2021. Prior to this, Keika held the role of VP of e-Commerce at The Araca Group from October 2016 to May 2021. In this position, they managed a team responsible for maintaining over 80 e-commerce web stores for entertainment studios, music artists, and broadway shows. Keika also collaborated with the development team on store builds, UI/UX improvements, bug fixes, and new feature development. Keika has experience in front-end development as well.

Before their role at The Araca Group, Keika worked as the Manager of eCommerce at Bolder Road LLC from May 2015 to October 2016. Keika was responsible for developing responsive email templates for campaigns and making updates to their online shops.

Keika also has experience in software development, as they worked as a Junior Full-Stacked Developer at the New York Code + Design Academy from September 2014 to December 2014.

Prior to their transition into tech, Keika worked as a Production Coordinator at AZIX Inc, a Japanese marketing and communications agency, from December 2012 to June 2014. Their responsibilities included designing, branding, event promotion, and social media campaigns.

Keika's earlier work experience includes a role as a Guest Services Agent at the Hilton Garden Inn from July 2010 to May 2012, and as an Account Manager at Campus Special from May 2009 to May 2010.

Keika Jones attended the University at Albany, SUNY from 2008 to 2012, where they pursued a degree in Marketing & Management. They successfully completed their Bachelor's degree during that time.
