Clarissa C. is the Principal and Owner of ClearMile Consulting, providing leadership coaching to C-Suite executives, senior leaders, and managers since August 2012, utilizing 360 and psychometric assessments to achieve client development goals. As a Patient Navigator, Clarissa managed comprehensive patient care navigation, working as an advocate in family councils and facilitating advance care planning workshops. Clarissa also serves as Adjunct Faculty and Executive Coach at the Center for Creative Leadership since April 2015, focusing on executive coaching and leadership development. In addition, Clarissa is an Ambassador for the Patient Caregiver Council at Snow Companies, offering insights to enhance patient and caregiver experiences in collaboration with major pharmaceutical manufacturers.
