Sarabeth Varriano

Sarabeth Varriano is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and marketing across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Project Management at Snow Companies since April 2019, Sarabeth manages a substantial portfolio of projects, develops end-to-end timelines, and oversees a team of six, all while maintaining budgetary oversight for accounts exceeding $30 million. Prior roles include Senior Project Manager at William & Mary, coordinating enrichment programs, and Didactic & Communication Coordinator at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, where Sarabeth planned classes and engagement events. Previous experience also includes roles in marketing and communications within the United States Air Force and Westwood College, as well as a strong foundation in career services and education. Sarabeth holds an M.A. in Strategic Communications and Leadership from the University of West Florida and a B.S. in Sport Management from the University of West Georgia.
