Mike Nickerson

Mike Nickerson, AIA is an experienced architect currently serving at Snow Kreilich Architects since July 2024 and also fulfilling the role of adjunct instructor at the University of Minnesota since September 2022. Previous positions include architect roles at COOKFOX Architects, VJAA Inc., and Dattner Architects, as well as architectural designer positions at Smith-Miller + Hawkinson Architects and Gans and Company. Mike has contributed to the field as a fellow at the Institute for Public Architecture, focusing on equitable policy models for Business Improvement Districts, and has extensive teaching experience as a teaching assistant at Columbia University. Mike holds a Master of Architecture from Columbia University and dual degrees in Architecture and Global Studies from the University of Minnesota.
