Kelly Brooks has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Kelly currently holds the position of Chief People Officer at SNOW Partners since April 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources at SNOW Partners from October 2018 to April 2022. Before joining SNOW Partners, they worked at Atrium Staffing as the Executive Director of Human Resources from May 2016 to October 2018 and as the Director of Human Resources from May 2014 to May 2016. Kelly also served as a Regional HR Manager at Medline Industries from February 2011 to December 2013. Earlier in their career, they held the position of Director, Human Resources at Mountain Creek Resort from June 2005 to February 2011, Senior Recruiter at Express Personnel Services from February 2004 to June 2005, Human Resources Manager at Inflow from April 2000 to November 2002, HR Generalist at Bates USA from 1998 to 2000, and Human Resources Associate at Yamaichi International, Inc from June 1997 to February 1998. Throughout their career, Kelly has demonstrated their expertise in HR management, strategic alignment, talent acquisition, and employee relations.
Kelly Brooks earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 1997. Prior to that, Kelly attended Randolph High School, but no specific years or degrees were provided.
