Sivhoung Prom

Sivhoung Prom is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as the Store Operations Manager and Store Manager at Snow Peak USA, Inc. since October 2019. Previously, Sivhoung held the position of General Manager at Brooklyn Roasting Company from August 2014 to October 2019, where a focus on coffee quality and sustainable sourcing was emphasized. Additional experience includes roles as a Barista at Jack Studios, a Freelance Research Specialist and Personal Assistant for the International Bodyboarding Association, and various positions in customer service and assistant roles across diverse industries. Sivhoung holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Stony Brook University, earned in 2007.
