Dale Smith

Dale Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and ski instruction. Since December 1986, Dale has been a certified PSIA Level II Ski Instructor at Snow Trails Winter Resort, teaching students of all levels. In the engineering sector, Dale held several positions including Manufacturing Engineer at Schaeffler, where responsibilities included new equipment start-up and product launch, and Engineering Manager at Galion LLC, where Dale implemented tooling inventory management systems. Prior roles also include Operations Manager/Manufacturing Engineer at Americarb and Manufacturing Engineer at Case-Maul Manufacturing Company. Dale's educational background includes studies at Ashland University and graduation from Ashland High School. Currently, Dale is semi-retired since October 2016.
