Stefan Georgescu

Stefan Georgescu is a finance professional with extensive experience in private equity, investment banking, and corporate governance. As a Co-Founder of Snowball Corp since 2025, Stefan has played a pivotal role in the company's establishment. Prior roles include serving as a Board Observer for Freedom Pet Supplies Inc, Canada Diagnostic Centres, and Novacap, contributing to significant operations in pet supplies, medical imaging, and private equity investment, respectively. Prior to this, Stefan held positions in investment banking with National Bank Financial, where there was a focus on mergers and acquisitions, and participated as a Fund Manager in the Kenneth Woods Portfolio Management Program, achieving notable fund performance.
