Aleksander Farstad

Aleksander Farstad is an accomplished executive and entrepreneur, currently serving as Group CEO of New Normal Group since March 2019, where the focus is on developing and scaling technology companies in the intelligent API economy. In addition to this role, Aleksander holds various leadership positions, including Chairman of Nomono, a leader in spoken audio AI, Executive Chairman of CEMIT, which focuses on AI solutions in the rail industry, and Chairman of both Crystallize, specializing in headless e-commerce, and Okay, a provider of mobile transaction security software. Additional leadership roles include Chairman of Snowball, a growth marketing firm, and Magasinet BUNAD, a Nordic publisher. As a founding partner at Assetto Capital, Aleksander supports high-growth businesses in maximizing their value. With a robust educational background in Business, Finance, and Economics from the Norwegian School of Economics, Aleksander also co-founded Skiens Cykkelfabrik, an artisan bike brand, and has been CEO of Farstad Group since 2000.
