Josh Pelczar

Josh Pelczar has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Josh currently serves as the Director of Group Sales at Snowbird, where they lead and develops sales and administrative teams, analyzes resort business data, and implements strategies to increase occupancy and revenue. In their previous role as the Senior National Sales Manager at Big Sky Resort, they were responsible for soliciting clients in the Medical & CME market segment, achieving revenue goals, and assisting with sales team training and development. Prior to that, they held various roles at Big Sky Resort, including National Sales Manager, Condominium Revenue & Accounting Manager, and Property Management Assistant.

Josh Pelczar attended The University of Montana - College of Business from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Finance, General. In 2011, they also briefly studied International Business at Gonzaga University.
