Goran Burazer has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Goran started their career as a Junior Software Developer at Udruga darovitih informatičara "Genesis" in 1996, where they attended courses on competitive coding in C programming language and learned Linux administration basics.

In 2000, Goran joined UltiTech as a Junior Software Developer, where they worked until 2003.

Goran then moved to Omega Software and held multiple roles. From 2003 to 2004, they worked as a Junior Software Developer, gaining experience in software development using Microsoft software stack and toolchain. From 2004 to 2010, they were a Project Manager in charge of the UltiCAD business unit, overseeing sales planning, marketing efforts, and executing the sales process. From 2010 to 2015, Goran worked as a Software Developer, developing software for clients in the Croatian public sector using various technologies.

In 2015, Goran joined Snowfall as the Regional COO, responsible for overseeing operations in the Balkan region. Goran handled recruitment, onboarding, coaching, evaluation, and retention activities. In 2016, they took on the role of Chief Technology Officer, responsible for managing and implementing technical and architectural decisions, leading software developer and operations engineer recruitment, and managing the competence matrix within the organization.

Goran Burazer attended Velika Gorica Gymnasium from 1993 to 1997, where they completed their high school education. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Zagreb/Sveuciliste u Zagrebu in 1997 and studied Mathematics and Computer Science. However, their degree remains unfinished as they concluded their studies at the university in 2000.
