Amrita Kapoor

Amrita Kapoor currently serves as the VP and Head of Internal Audit at Snowflake since April 2020, bringing extensive expertise in risk assurance and internal controls. Prior to this role, Amrita held various positions at PwC from September 2007 to April 2020, culminating in the role of Director within the Risk Assurance practice, where responsibilities included managing compliance programs and leading internal audit projects. Amrita is also a Board Member and Audit Committee Chair at Techbridge Girls, an organization focused on empowering girls from low-income communities through STEM education. Amrita's early career includes internship roles at Sun Microsystems, Electroglas, Inc., and Applied Materials, where foundational skills in financial analysis and project management were developed. Amrita holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Corporate Financial Management from San José State University.
