Brad has also worked on Dictionary.com's sale to IAC, Tapulous' sale to The Walt Disney Company, Mobile Messenger's late-stage financing with SilverLake and Trinity Ventures, X-Drive's sale to AOL, LegalZoom's private placement with Polaris Partners, Realtime Worlds' $50M private placement with Maverick Capital, WPP and New Enterprise Associates (NEA), Blast Radius' sale to WPP, US Search's sale to Intelius, PlayPhone's $22M private placement with Menlo Ventures, Scale Venture Partners, Coral Capital Management and Labrador Ventures, Pinger's private placement with T-Venture (Deutsche Telekom), Climax Racing's sale to The Walt Disney Company, United Online's acquisition of MyPoints for $56M, and GoApply's sale to Fidelity National Financial.
