Joanne Xia

Joanne Xia is a seasoned product designer currently working at Snowflake since June 2025. Prior to this role, Joanne held the position of Senior Product Designer at Labelbox, where responsibilities included designing an AI data training platform along with related tools. At Tesla, from August 2021 to July 2024, Joanne served as a Senior UX Designer, leading research and product design initiatives for data engineering, BI analytics, and machine learning products, across various platforms including web, mobile, and TV. Earlier in the career, Joanne worked as a UX Designer and intern at Tesla, focusing on data-intensive enterprise tools and analytics applications. Joanne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human-Computer Interaction, with a double major in Advertising, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, which was completed in May 2021.
