Kate Randall

Kate Randall currently serves as Sr. Manager of Early Career Recruitment at Snowflake, a position held since May 2025. Prior to this role, Kate worked at Teladoc Health as Sr. Manager of Recruiting Strategy, where responsibilities included collaborating with HR and Talent Acquisition leadership to develop impactful recruitment strategies. From December 2016 to January 2023, Kate was Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition - University Recruiting at Microsoft, leading a recruitment team to meet global hiring goals through data-driven strategies and cross-functional collaboration. Earlier experience at Tesla included serving as Recruiting Manager for University Programs, where Kate pioneered the campus recruitment strategy, and as University Programs Specialist, where initial campus recruitment efforts and an internship program were established.
