Pete Hartzell

Pete Hartzell is a seasoned recruiter with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at Snowflake since August 2021, Hartzell focuses on tech recruiting for the Service Runtime organization to support scalable cloud-native services. Prior to Snowflake, Hartzell held the position of Principal Talent Advisor at Oracle from May 2014 to August 2021, where the emphasis was on full life-cycle recruiting for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Additionally, Hartzell was the Lead Recruiter at Precor (March 2008 - May 2014), and briefly worked as a Sourcing Recruiter on contract at Amazon.com. Earlier career experience includes serving as the Lead Escalation Recruiter at Volt Technical Resources, focusing on Microsoft positions. Hartzell earned a Bachelor’s degree in Geography from Central Washington University.
