Peter MacDonald

Peter MacDonald is an experienced executive with a strong background in business development and cloud partnerships. As Vice President of Cloud Partnerships and Business Development at Snowflake since December 2018, Peter manages strategic partners including AWS, Microsoft, and Google, and has successfully negotiated commercial partnerships with various companies. Prior to this role, Peter held several senior positions at Microsoft, overseeing partnerships in digital advertising and mobile applications, and leading business development teams to close numerous high-value deals. Peter's career also includes roles at Yahoo, Rapt, and Netscape, along with early experience at the Boston Consulting Group and the National Academy of Sciences. Peter holds an MBA from Stanford University and an AB in Russian Studies from Dartmouth College.
