Raz Sandhu

Raz Sandhu is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate counsel roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel - Commercial at Snowflake since October 2025, Raz has previously held positions including Senior Commercial Counsel at WalkMe, Senior Legal Counsel at Blackhawk Network, Corporate Counsel at Trilliant, and Legal Counsel at Sourcebits Digital. With a solid foundation in legal agreements, employment law, and contract negotiations, Raz has drafted and negotiated a wide range of contracts, including SAAS, Joint Venture, and licensing agreements. Raz's early career included a role as a Contract Attorney at Baker Botts, where document review and analysis of patent infringement and licensing agreements were key responsibilities. Raz holds a Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law and a B.A. in Politics with an emphasis on Legal Studies and Real Estate from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
